   That advert aired on UK tv’s last night, it was totally mesmerising, it is the first time I have ever seen a Cartier advert, they launched into tv advertising all guns blazing that is for sure, it was like watching a mini film. If only the rest of the tv programmes were that good.;-)

     Mesmerizing is the perfect word! That is on TV??? Wow, I haven’t seen it here, but what an advert, indeed. Isn’t it beautiful?

   I’ve just been watching this on the Cartier site, and in one of the bonus features the makers of the film were talking about the huge scale of the project. The composer of the score remarked that ‘it is always necessary to be a little scared – well, this scared me.’

   I like this remark. It’s good to be scared at the beginning of a creative project. If you are not, there must be something wrong, with it or with you!

   It’s worth watching the bonus features, esp. to see how they handled the panthers (there were three).
