This weekend we will stay in Vienna, there is a party on Saturday – my nephew turns two, Happy Birthday, M!
On Sunday we are invited to brunch with friends. The hostess is a long-time lurker here, and not easily persuaded to de-lurk any time soon, as it looks like. Maybe mentioning her favorite perfume, the one that always reminds me of her when I wear it, will do the trick. 🙂
But before we are off to brunch, let’s sit down and walk through Perfumeland with me, will you? It has been a lovely week…

Happy birthday to your nephew! It is my brother’s birthday tomorrow – I got him a Luckyscent voucher, as I have managed to convert him to the faith. : – )
It was boiling hot today – not like autumn at all. I have gardened solidly, and cleared out the cat’s flower bed latrines, getting covered in pine needles in the process. ScentScelf observed that I must smell like Fille en Aiguilles with a chaser of civet!

It looks like finally we got a little portion of summer here.
My weekend is completely packed – visiting the art gallery, meeting a friend from another city, going to a wedding (and this is only a “big ticket” list, I won’t even start mentioning small stuff).

Birgit, it sounds like you had a fun weekend in store. My Sunday plans are to relax while sitfting through a number of fall catalogs that arrived in the mail lately (do a little armchair shopping) and then later head out to dinner with my husband at a favorite Japanese restaurant.
